  16. I walked through the doors of the Carolina Family nearly 3 months ago. To date, I’ve gone down 3 inches in my waist and lost 15 lbs….it works if you work it!!!

  17. PR on Front Squat today 7/15/2016 at 175 lbs. This is a big deal for me. When I started I could not do a front squat with the bar. Mobility is getting better!
