50/40 Calorie Bike
:50 Second Bar Hang (both partners at the same time)
50′ Reverse Walking Lunge
:50 Second Plank on Elbows (both partners at the same time)
50/40 Calorie Row
5 Right Arm TGU (Light)
20 Alternating Step-up (24/20)
5 Left Arm TGU (Light)

-Parners can break up all reps as desired, except the hang and the plank, both partners will do them at the same time, time will only count while both partners are working.
