Uncle Dan on the Deadlift
Many of you know Dan, or as we call him “Uncle Dan”. He has been with CCF since pretty much the beginning. You guys may not know that Uncle Dan, along with Brian Abrams recently got certified as a Level 1 CrossFit Trainer. You may see him from time to time helping out in some of the classes.
Recently, Uncle Dan approached Paul and I about starting a New Member Orientation Class. We of course said YES! There is no better testament to the worth of CrossFit than the results it has produced for Dan. So, if you have someone interested in getting started with CrossFit but feels a little overwhelmed and intimidated by the idea of cleaning barbells and doing pull ups, email me at bobbi@carolinacrossfit.org and I’ll be happy to set them up with Uncle Dan after their Free Week Trial has ended.
