For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

We just recieved confirmation that Richard has test great at report day for all Clemson Baseball players!
He had three movements that he was tested on.  Out of all the baseball players Richard finished 1st in the bench press 15 reps at 185 ( we don’t even do bench press just push-ups!), second in the squat 30 reps with 225lb, and second in the hang clean 15 reps with 135! Not bad for a little “Freshman”!!
