		<description>225 six weeks out of knee surgery!  20#&#039;s off my PR.  I&#039;ll take that any day!  The knee feels great but the muscles are mighty sore!  It&#039;s good to be back!

Props to Frank (190#&#039;s - PR) and Jordan (108#&#039;s - PR) at the 12 class!  Great work!</description>

		<description>245 which slightly strained my back and I stopped.  I&#039;ve been forgetting to put numbers on the board a couple times this week.  

6am did well as always.  Also we had 3 girls tie 3 guys in a team 2500m row, but the girls say they won.  That was fun to watch.</description>
