		<description>This sounds good.  I think I might do ok at this.  A lot of running in one day though.  I had to do a Company run this morning.  Of course it was the slowest run I have ever done.  The sad thing is that we still lost a lot of people.  Well I am going to try to make 5:30.  If not see you at 6:30.</description>
