Run 1 Mile (must start and finish as a team)

100 Pull Ups (only one person working at a time)

200 Push Ups (only one person working at a time)

300 Squats (only one person working at a time)

Run 1 Mile (must start and finish together)

You CANNOT PARTITION these exercises.  Your team must complete one exercise prior to starting the next one.
