Ahh, the joys of Digital Coaching. It’s awesome because it allows the athlete to see areas where they need to work on technique. In this video of Tammy performing a Snatch, what coaching points would you give her? What is blunting her capacity with this lift? I will say that she is one strong chick, but her fault in this lift is something we see everyone do. What is it????
