RX Standards
Deadlifts Must show fingers each rep!!
SB Getups SB start on the shoulder with opposite knee up. Perform a Getup to the standing position and go back down. Switch to the other shoulder and start number 2. Alternate each one.
BX Jump No step ups. Hips must open before feet land.
