Eric - I'm going to need a stronger source of reference to prove your point seeing as how you show up about 2 hours after I workout on most days.
I haven't done an unprescribed workout in over a month.

Garris - I already have.

Gerald - You know haterade is my drink of choice... and I believe it's yours too.

Spigner is bringing a lot of excuses to the gym lately. All I bring is a steady case of whoop ass to Spigners ass. I love it when he shows up hungover. Its like taking candy from a confused child

Thanks Karen - currently listening to a Medical Teleconference and he's talked 26 straight minutes on the H1NI (Swine Flu) Influenza.

Definately Wash Hands with warm/hot water frequently or use hand sanitizer - also, new fact - rubbing your hands together for about a minute can get rid of about 90% of current germs/bacteria on your hands.....

I am going to make up yesterdays WOD today, since I had stupid softball practice last night, and I can't wait for tomorrow either!!!!

For those of you who have small kids, this website has useful information regarding the prevention and care during this swine flu outbreak......... WASH YOUR HANDS FREQUENTLY!!!!!!

So - can i say that i think everyone at CCF is awesome!

We have such a wonderful environment to hang out and train at. Since Eric and I finally started coming to the gym last summer (yes - i had to DRAG eric to the gym and it took me about four months to get him there)....we have become better athletes, trainers and people just by joining the gym.

Everyday I look forward to CrossFit because i love working out and killing myself during the daily WOD - i love training other people and seeing the dramatic and wonderful results over time and appreciate the people that i have met.

Thank you to all for welcoming Eric and I and allowing us to train you, cheer for you and encourage you on on a daily basis.

As usual - can't wait for tomorrow!
