Anyone can do CrossFit, and that includes you.

Regardless of how long it has been since your last workout, we make getting started easy.


Step 1

Free Intro Class

Are you interested in trying one of the workouts you keep hearing about? During this 30 minute class, you will have the opportunity to talk with our trainers about your goals, get a tour of the facility, and jump in on a beginner-level workout for free! Intro classes can be reserved for Monday or Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. Please email brian@carolinacrossfit.com and let him know which day you’ll be attending.

Please note:
  • Intro classes must be reserved in advance; we do not give Intro Classes to walk-ins.
  • We only give Intro Classes on Monday or Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.
  • Try to arrive 10-15 minutes early.
  • Bring a water bottle!


Step 2

New Member On-Ramp Course

After you’ve completed your Intro Class, you’re ready for our New Member On-Ramp course. This course completely prepares beginners for our CrossFit group classes. On-Ramp is a one day course, that meets Saturday from 12:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. The course is designed to set you up for success, teaching new CrossFitters the basic movements, skills and  knowledge they will need for our group classes, while giving our staff the opportunity to gradually introduce you to the program.  Our On-Ramp course is mandatory.

Please note:
  • You must complete a Free Intro Class before you can begin On-Ramp.
  • On-Ramp is limited to 10 participants per 1 week rotation, so you must email brian@carolinacrossfit.com reserve your spot.
  • If you have schedule conflicts, you can sign up for one-on-one beginner sessions. Please contact Brian for more information and pricing.
  • You must sign up for a Carolina CrossFit membership at your On-Ramp course.
  • On-Ramp is $20 (cash only), on top of the cost of membership.


Step 3

Group Classes

Once you have finished our On-Ramp course, you will be welcomed into our group classes. These classes run throughout the day, almost every day of the week, and are designed to get you the good stuff- lose weight, gain strength and endurance, agility and balance, coordination and accuracy, all while having a good time and becoming a member of our community.
