Coach Kent of CrossFit Hickory
Don’t let the smile fool you, he is one tough guy, and yes, the tattoo is real. Now, get out there and whip him and his gym in Fight Gone Bad. Make our gym proud and raise a ton of money for a good cause. This photo alone should motivate you to win. I mean, come on. Seriously.
Today we are holding a fundraiser to help a family in need. To make something good out of a sad situation, not only are we raising money, but we are going to beat the tar out of CrossFit Hickory and Low Country CrossFit in Fight Gone Bad. We will take the total of our top 10 Males and top 10 Females for the day and match it against the other two affiliates. The winner maintains bragging rights and a nifty little trophy. Our goal as affiliates is to raise a combined total of $3,000. We need everyone’s help to do this, so if you’re planning on working out on Saturday, do it with a purpose in mind. The minimum donation to participate is $25, and of course extra donations are accepted.
