Thank you very much for the write up on running. I have been running for more than a year with a limping leg. My left knee gave me tremendous pain after the run. If i were to sit down for an hour, when I stand up to walk i have to walk with a bend knee. The pain took a toil on me that I stopped for 18 days. Your article is a great help and i tried to run as instructed. Today, my fourth day I ran 6 kilometers without any pain at all. My problem I still haven't got it right yet. My right leg ball gave me some pain because I am not landing right. I have to practice a bit to land in the middle foot. Any tips for me apart from what you have already said. I used to run 9 kilometers on most days.
