		<description>You guys be sure to warm up well before ever doing anything.  Move those ankles, knees, elbows, wrists, and shoulders around some.  I landed funny while jumping rope and I think my foot is broke(metatarsal) and my ankle is sprained.  Can&#039;t move anything now.  I made an appt for tomorrow am, if nothing else atleast I&#039;ll get some crutches and maybe some drugs.  It&#039;s been a rough year on my feet, two toes that I never got looked at plus this today.</description>
