Don’t forget sleep is also very important, because it recharges and energizes you while wiping out the impressions of unpleasant feelings. When sleep is disturbed, it may affect all areas of your life – and your ability to cope with daily stressors.
The next time you’re feeling stressed, try using the acronym HALT, which stands for Hungry, Angry, Lonely, Tired. Each of these things can change your physical and emotional state, which can cause or make you feel stress.
