10 minutes of Strict Muscle up and strict Toes to bar Focused practice
- if you cannot achieve a strict MU or TTB, Skill work will include Ring support, Strict chest to ring pull ups, Strict ring dips, Negative Muscle ups, Strict Leg raises)

Workout:
20 minute amrap of:
2-4-6-8-10-12-etc.
SA DB Powerclean
Bike cal
Handstand Push up
200m run (1 per set)
