Weightlifting at CCF
The Barbell Club at CCF is designed to help you improve your technique and strength in the Olympic Lifts whether your goal is to get better at cycling a barbell in CrossFit classes or to hit a total at a lifting meet. BBC is designed to go more in depth of the snatch, clean, and jerk but we also use a variety of complexes and accessory movements so each day at BBC is different. This is your chance to forget about working for time and focus on the technique, skill, and strength building for the lifts. All skill levels are welcome!
Classes are on Thursdays at 5:30pm.
